LuckySurf.com is a web-based entertainment game.
The object of the game is to choose seven lottery numbers from the game
card, and match them against the seven winning numbers drawn for
that day. Players must be registered to play.
2 Why do I have to register?
Luckysurf.com needs your name, address, and e-mail
address so that we can notify you and send you your lottery prize when
you win. Please be accurate!
3 How do I change or update my
profile information?
To change your e-mail address, your name or any other
profile information, click on MY PROFILE in the navigation bar
on any page, once you are logged in. Update/change your information,
and then click on Validate.
4 What if I forgot my password?
What if I want a new password?
On the Sign in page, type in your e-mail address in
the field provided and hit the "E-mail me" button. An
e-mail will be sent to you with a link to Sign in. Choose and
enter a new password, hit the "Submit" button, and you
are ready to play again.

8 Can I change my lottery numbers?
If you wish to change a lottery number you've selected before
you have clicked on a banner, just click on it again to de-select
it, then choose another number. You will not be able to change
a number after you have submitted your entry.
9 Does the order of the
winning lottery numbers matter?
No. The order of the winning free lottery numbers doesn't
effect your choices. Winning is determined by the number of matches
you have with the winning numbers.
10 How are the winning free lottery numbers
chosen?
The winning numbers are chosen at random by a secure
automated drawing process.
11 How often can I play?
All players may play once a day, between 3:00 PM P.T.
and 2:59 PM P.T. the next day. That way, everyone's odds are even.
12 Can 2 people play from the same
e-mail account?
Unfortunately, two people may not play the free lottery from the same
e-mail account. Each individual player must play from a separate
e-mail address for security reasons. We want the registered player

The winning free lottery numbers are chosen around 5:00 p.m. Pacific
Time daily. Certain holidays are excluded.
15 Can I play the free lottery if I live in Quebec,
Argentina, Italy, or Australia?
Residents of Quebec, Argentina, Italy, and Australia
are not eligible for the LuckySurf.com lottery game as it is prohibited
by law.
16 How will I know if I've won the free lottery?
Just check your e-mail. We'll automatically send
you an e-mail with the winning numbers, the numbers you chose,
and whether or not you won a prize.
17 How do I claim my free lottery winnings or prize?
When you win a gift certificate, you will receive
the prize via e-mail. When you win a prize valued at or under
$600, the prize will be sent to you within 45 days. Prizes over
$600 require that you sign a notarized affidavit verifying that
you complied with the rules. Once LuckySurf.com receives the completed
affidavit, we'll send you your prize!
18 What if I don’t get a free lottery Results
e-mail?
LuckySurf.com sends Results e-mails to players who
participate on the previous game day. If you do not play, you
will not receive a Results e-mail. If you don’t receive a Results
e-mail, simply click on RESULTS in the navigation bar on any page
once you are logged in. The winning numbers are posted and archived
for each day.

If you wish to stop receiving promotional announcement
e-mails from LuckySurf.com, simply Sign in and click on MY PROFILE
in the navigation bar. Once on the MY PROFILE page, you have the
option to check or uncheck the opt-in boxes for promotional e-mails
and for daily reminder e-mails. You may also opt-out of promotional
announcements using the link provided at the bottom of every e-mails.

from Amazon.com but I have not redeemed my gift certificate. Is
it too late to redeem it?
No, as long as it is listed under "my prizes"
and has not expired, you should be able to redeem your gift certificate.
21 Can I combine my 2 of 7 gift
certificates?
No, each promotion is unique, and typically expires
within two weeks. Please keep in mind that you can only win once,
per promotional period no matter how many times you match. One
coupon per household, first time customers only.
22 Why did I get a notice about my
e-mail address being invalid?
Sometimes, the mail we send to our members bounces.
We process these bounces, and update our database. When you Sign
in again, we will give you the opportunity to make any corrections
to your e-mail address. If your address is actually correct, please
re-enter it, and we will mark it as valid
